POSTAGE AND DELIVERY

Postage and Delivery

Once we receive your order, we aim to deliver within seven working days for UK mainland and eighteen working days for deliveries outside the UK. You may be required to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If you are not at home when the parcel arrives, a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery date with the courier. Please remember to include your order number, full name, address, and postcode when corresponding by email.

Returns

We offer full refunds or exchanges for items purchased on our online store, provided they are returned within 14 working days of your delivery date. Please note that the entire product should be in its original state. We do not offer a free returns service. Please complete the returns slip on your delivery note, clearly stating which item you are returning, the reason for the return, and the action you would like us to take.

Refund

If you require a refund, please indicate this and the refunded amount will be credited onto the original payment card i.e. the payment card that you used to place the order. Please provide the following information if claiming a refund: order number, PayPal transaction number, full name, address, and postcode.

Exchange

If you require an exchange please indicate the product that you want to exchange with. Please note that if the exchanged item is more expensive than the returned item, we will debit your card accordingly. Please provide the following information if exchanging: order number, full name, address, and postcode. If you have misplaced your delivery note, ensure you enclose a covering letter stating your name and full address together with your requirements.

Favour Land Christian Books and Music (Favour Land Ltd) does not offer a free collection service for returns. However, if the item you are returning is faulty or was incorrectly sent, we will happily refund the cost of your postage. Favour Land cannot be held responsible for any returns parcel lost or damaged in the post, therefore please keep your receipt as proof of postage.
